Configure the Markets settings in the Inventory Widget settings to display location inventory information to customers across different Shopify markets.
Pre-requisite: Shopify Markets
Important: This feature is only for displaying inventory info in the widget, and is not meant for blocking purchases based on the market or allocating orders to a specific location. If you have questions, reach out to our support team!
Step 1: Go to Markets settings
From the Multi-Location Inventory App, navigate to Inventory Widget > Markets settings.

Additional requirements
When you access the Markets settings for the first time:
- You’ll need to approve “read markets” access to load your markets and save settings.
- If prompted, you’ll also need to click Update to allow “View store data” access.
Step 2: Add a mapping for the selected market(s)
Inside Markets settings, select a market from the dropdown to add mappings. Once selected, click Add mapping.

Step 3: Map store locations to the selected market
Under Locations, click in the box to select one or more store locations you want visible to the customers in the chosen market.
Example: UK

By default, leaving the box empty shows all store locations for the market.
You may also choose to hide the location inventory information for customers outside the mapped market.

Save your changes once you’re done mapping.
Step 4: Preview your mapped location(s)
To view the storefront site as a shopper from a specific region in the country, go to Markets and click on the market. Then, click on the More actions menu at the top-right corner and select View online store.
