Display available quantity at each location

Use the inventory widget to display available inventory quantity for each location directly on the storefront.

Step 1: Set the inventory display template

Before setting the stock amount or available quantity at a specific location, navigate to the Inventory Widget > Inventory Info.

Choose Show Inventory Quantity in the Inventory Display Template section.

Step 2: Configure the item quantity availability

Choose how each location line shows the name and quantity available.

You can configure your item quantity based on the two available widget templates. See Inventory widget templates for more information.

Widget Templates

If you have chosen “Custom” layout option, click each one below to see how you can configure the Item quantity availability template:

Template 1: Show a Single Variant or Product’s Location Inventory

• The available quantity will appear alongside each location.

• You can customize both the location and quantity using the format {{location-name}} - {{qty}}.

• Translate the text by clicking Translate this template.

Template 2: Show All Variants Available at a Location

• This will showcase the quantity alongside all available variants at a specific location.

• Modify the name of the variant and the quantity by utilizing the format {{name}} - {{qty}}

• Translate the text by clicking Translate this template.

Edit and Translate the template

If you’ve chosen the layout option other than “Custom,” you can further edit how the quantity looks on the frontend by clicking Edit and Translate this template.

Use the various customization options for the selected layout (see below):

Use the translation option by selecting a language from the dropdown to localize inventory messages for the selected inventory template:

Once you’re happy with the customization, click Apply.
